Richard Groves a Tech entrepreneur of over 30 years, saw an opportunity to merge innovation with wellness, leading to remarkable improvements. Our Journey started with a walk around Flint North Wales talking about ADHD, OCD and Richards own back problems, we then decided we needed get a company started and forward our stories.
